Four Ophthalmology Foundation Board members presented various education topics at the 2nd Annual Global Ophthalmology Summit in Atlanta, GA, USA, 9 September 2023.
The Board members include: Karl Golnik MD, MEd, Ciku Mathenge, MD, PhD, Eduardo Mayorga MD, and Gabriela Palis, MD.
We are thankful for our course faculty presenting sessions for the program, Ophthalmology Education Across the Globe, on The Ophthalmology Foundation/IOFF Fellowships, Orbis’ Cybersight & Faculty Development, and Flipped Classroom Approach to Enhance Local Subspecialty Training.
In addition, we are pleased to announce that OF \Secretary-Treasurer Bruce E. Spivey, MD, MS, MEd, received the “Global Ophthalmology Visionary Award”.
